Great experience with SMS Appliances. The service was excellent, and a special thank you to Prakhyath for being friendly, helpful, and professional. Recommended

I visited the store today and was really impressed with their collection of open box fridges. They had a great selection, excellent customer service, and very reasonable prices. The staff was friendly and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for quality open-box appliances at great prices. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience with Ornella. She was very helpful, friendly, and professional. I really appreciate her honesty and excellent service. I would definitely recommend her to others!

I bought a fridge a couple of days ago and was helped by Ornella. I tend have some trouble when it comes to understanding electronics but received great help. At some point I couldn't find words in English and she was able to help me in French. Great service. Quick and effective.

Purchased a dryer from SMS Regina, a super gentleman to deal with, very pleasant, delivery the following day by two very polite young men who were careful and set it up for us. I would highly recommend SMS. I will definately use SMS for any future appliance needs. Thank you very much.
